「自分の気持ちがうまく伝わらない」「思うように実力が発揮できない」――かつて海外で働いていた私自身、言葉や文化の壁にぶつかり、強いもどかしさと無力感を味わった経験があります。その暗闇の中で私を支えてくれたのは、マニュアルではなく、隣で寄り添い理解しようとしてくれた「人」の存在でした。
「自分と同じように異国で挑む人たちの力になりたい。本来の実力を発揮し、安心して暮らし、働ける環境を本気でつくりたい」――その強い想いが、私たちの事業の原点であり、存在意義です。
日本で働きたい外国人材と、人手不足に悩む日本の企業。両者を結ぶのは、単なる条件の合致ではありません。互いの文化を尊重し、歩み寄り、共に汗を流す中で育まれる「信頼」こそが、本当の意味での成長を生むと信じています。

When I worked abroad in the past, I experienced firsthand the intense frustration of being unable to express myself or perform to my full potential due to language and cultural barriers. What supported me through that difficult time was not manuals or systems, but the presence of people who stood by my side and genuinely sought to understand me.
Having walked this path, my mission is to empower those building a career abroad—creating an environment where their talents can truly flourish and they can work with absolute confidence.
This conviction is the very origin of our business and the reason we exist.
Connecting foreign individuals who wish to work in Japan with Japanese companies facing labor shortages is not merely a matter of matching job conditions. We believe that true growth stems from trust—cultivated when we respect each other’s cultures, step closer together, and work hard side by side.
Our role does not end with placement. We remain dedicated partners supporting the “everyday life” that follows. We hope to build a future together with you—one where “multicultural coexistence” becomes a natural part of daily life, and where everyone can shine as their true self.

鹿児島大学大学院修了後、食品機能研究・商品開発・海外販売促進に携わる。
その後、JICA海外協力隊としてガーナ共和国に2年間滞在し、国連世界食糧計画（WFP）の栄養士として活動。
帰国後は企業のコンサルティングや海外事業窓口、登録支援機関業務を経て、2026年に独立。
現在は、特定技能外国人と受入企業に対し、国際経験と専門性を活かした包括的な伴走支援を行っている。
